Hi, I am Gwendolyn

I understand that life can throw us curve balls, and sometimes they can really throw us for a loop.

Sometimes we are stuck in the internal storm and it blinds us as to what to do next. 

This is when we just need a neutral outside perspective on the situation, to help us understand what next steps to take.

Throughout my adult life, I have helped family, friends and  co-workers through some difficult challenges.

It would be my honor to help you towards the next steps.
